14:24. ಇತರ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಹಗಳನ್ನು ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಗಂಡಸರೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರು ಅನೇಕ ಕೆಟ್ಟಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರಿಗಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ನೆಲಸಿದ್ದ ಜನರು ಇಂತಹ ದುಷ್ಟಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವರು ಆ ಜನರಿಂದ ಈ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಇಸ್ರೇಲರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದನು.

14:24. ಅವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಸಕಲ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು.
